Before Duffy’s Hope I was a sassy mouth girl. I didn’t want to listen to anything that anyone said. I did not communicate very well. I did not really talk to my mom or had a relationship with my mom. I didn’t like talking or meeting new people. After I entered Duffy’s Hope, I’ve become more open and learn to communicate better. I have learned that meeting new people is good because they might can help you later on in life. From this program, I learned to treat others as you want to be treated. I learned that life can only be what you make of it. Working your way to being successful is the main goal of living.
